Fabian Gehring began his career with an apprenticeship as an electronics technician at Elsner Elektronik, after which he spent a year supporting production management in the manufacture of modern building automation solutions. To deepen his commercial knowledge, he also completed further training as a technical business administrator. During this time, he developed a growing enthusiasm for sales – an area in which he now works, providing Elsner Elektronik's customers with advice and support.
Frederik Riedel
Head of Technical Support & KNX Tutor, Elsner Elektronik GmbH
Frederik Riedel has been part of Elsner Elektronik since 2010 and has headed the Technical Service department since 2015. With his many years of experience, he knows the Elsner product range inside out and is deeply familiar with the requirements of professional users.
As a certified KNX Tutor, he combines technical expertise with a practical understanding of system integration and shares his extensive knowledge in training sessions and webinars.
